    Wasif and his team from Vivid Stone replaced my kitchen countertop approx. two weeks ago. Wasif provided a very detailed quote with exact renderings of the stone cut design. He was quick to messaged me when he found the type of granite and finish I was looking for, so I would not miss out on a great granite slab. The entire process even during COVID, took less than two weeks. Delivery and installation was on time, no added costs. I paid exactly what was quoted. The team was very professional, very easy to talk to and quick respond to my texts or calls.     We recently had the pleasure of working with Vivid for the fabrication and install of our quartzite kitchen countertops as well as fireplace surround. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Wasif and his crew exceeded expectations from start to finish. Wasif was extremely helpful in getting us the slabs we wanted. After the first slabs we chose arrived damaged, he dealt with supplier to rectify the situation, and helped us find similar clean slabs somewhere else. He also accommodated our request to fit our fireplace surround into our slabs at a very reasonable price.     I needed to get countertops for my basement kitchen project and found Vivid Stone on the web. As I entered the shop, I was immediately optimistic about Vivid Stone as I overheard another customer speaking with Wasif and raving about what a fantastic job they had done so far. Hmmm ... this customer seems very happy - a good sign as nothing beats hearing (overhearing) a positive review first-hand. So, I was already confident Vivid Stone was going to be reliable and do a good job. I found the sample of KStone I was looking for, gave Wasif my rough measurements and he provided me with a detailed estimate. His price was very competitive so another check-mark for Vivid Stone. I let him know later that day that I would like to go ahead with the project. He came to my home within 2 days and took precise measurements. One week later (true to his estimated timeline), his team came and installed. I am very happy with the install job, their professionalism, Wasif's sincerity and the very prompt service. Now that I have our basement kitchen complete, we will be renovating our main kitchen in the not too distant future and I will definitely be going back to Vivid Stone when I'm ready to order countertops.     I used Vivid for my small kitchen reno, for the fabrication and installation of quartz countertops. I had shopped around a little ahead of time, and Vivid ended up being quite competitive. What set Vivid apart for me was the level of consideration and patience with me as I was trying to decide which product and color to go for. While I had originally wanted to go with Caesarstone, upon inquiring I found out that Vivid carried a range of lower cost alternatives as well. They provided me with a comparative quote laying out the pros and cons of each product. Since I was going with a simple white quartz I ended up going with one of the lower cost alternatives, and I was extremely happy with my choice. Wasif made sure to call me several times to confirm exactly what I wanted in both dimensions and color, and I appreciated his level of detail, knowing that quartz is a significant investment. The installation when very smoothly and I was extremely happy with the end product. They even ended up capping a small rolling kitchen island I had with the excess from the slab, which really tied the entire kitchen together in the end.     We recently renovated our house and needed to replace the old kitchen counters with new ones. Someone we know highly recommended Shayan and Wasif at Vivid Stones and Quartz. From the first call to the day they installed and finished the counters, we were extremely pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. For us they doubled as designers and gave us useful advice on how best to redo the kitchen. They didn't mind providing multiple quotes since we kept changing our plans. They even went above and beyond by adding a small extension to the counter at no additional cost. The craftsmanship is exquisite and we were pleasantly surprised to see the high quality finish - the seams are unnoticeable and the edges are flushed to the cooking range. Shayan even cleaned the kitchen after completing the job. Their prices are reasonable and they were very responsive on the phone with any questions we had.     Highly recommended!!! I went to Vivid on recommendation from my kitchen cabinet makers - I had a unique requirement for a countertop that was affordable, contemporary and with perfect lines on the front, with hardware that required an even reveal to within 1/16th of an inch, but with a raw edge with a 1/16th inch gap where the countertop met a 100 year old brick wall - the wall has a lot of ‘character’ with undulations and an odd shaped stack. Wasif and his team of installers understood the brief, took careful and detailed measurements and spent hours to finely tune the materials during installation until it was perfect. They met the requirement and exceeded my expectations from start to finish (and I am not easy to please). I highly recommend Vivid - they are easy to deal with and care about their customers. I visited this shop, met Wasif, found our choice of stone, he took us inside the febrication floor when the same stone was in progress for another customer. Wasif is very friendly, detailed and professional. Price offered was competitive. Invoice I found very clear and itemized. I did a bit negotiation. Same day he visited my home for actual measurements. I received the stones on scheduled date. Installation was great and quick. Overall we all family members are happy with this purchase.     I started my search for a kitchen countertop fabricator by emailing a few places. I picked Vivid not on price but on professionalism. They take their business seriously. They've made investments in technology that no other fabricator has. Veronika quoted me on multiple slab options that I had selected and gave me detailed breakdown of each quote based on slab cost, fabrication cost, sink etc. Each quote was also accompanied by a diagram of the countertop cutouts on the actual slab. The detailed information allowed me to make informed decisions on not just costs but also overall layout of the kitchen. I was working with a blank slate, so I had A LOT of options for the kitchen redesign and vivid patiently put up with me and each redesign! I pre-ordered the slab and when my cabinet installation was complete, their crew came in to measure on a Monday evening and by Thursday noon the installation was complete. The fabrication is beautiful and the mitered edge looks stunning. The installers were meticulously detailed, and respectful about leaving my home clean. Thank you Veronika, Atif and Wasif.     I remodeled a condo I recently purchased and needed new countertops. My renovation was an experience from hell so was very leery about choosing the best quartz installer.
